When We Ship

To ensure freshness, all Franks & Dranks boxes ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

Orders placed by Sunday at midnight ship that week. Orders placed Monday or later ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

How We Ship

Every box is packed with insulated cold-chain packaging and ships via expedited carrier to ensure your dogs arrive fresh and ready.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship

Local Buffalo delivery: Free. We deliver directly in the Buffalo area.

Northeast region (New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Connecticut): 2-Day Air at cost, calculated at checkout.

All other U.S. locations: UPS Next Day Air Early at cost, calculated at checkout. If you're outside the Northeast and need help estimating shipping before ordering, reach out at info@franksanddranks.com.

Planning Around an Event?

Place your order by the Sunday before the week you want your box to arrive. That gives us time to pack and ship so it lands Wednesday through Friday of that week.
